Albergue de Peregrinos Srª da Hora — Hotel in Matosinhos

Abbiamo prenotato il letto martedì e ci avevano garantito che lo riservavano. Giovedì arriviamo a porto e ci dicono che non hanno tenuto la prenotazione. Morale? Una notte a dormire in aeroporto. Inaffidabili... Edit: Martedì al telefono abbiamo fatto presente che l'aereo arrivava alle 22 e abbiamo telefonato appunto per sapere se c'era la possibilità di entrare a quell'ora e ci è stato detto che nonc'era problema, la persona che ci ha risposto era molto cordiale e ha detto di mandare un sms quando arrivavamo che l' hospitalero ci avrebbe aperto. vi abbiamo mandato un sms martedì per ricordare il nostro dialogo, vi abbiamo mandato una mail. ma giovedì ci avete detto che non solo non accettavate pellegrini dopo le 22 ma non avevate neanche riservato il posto come ci avevate promesso. è vero che non è un hotel, ma per noi una promessa ha ancora un valore e se ci dicevate subito che non era possibile accontentarci, avremmo trovato altre soluzioni. ho fatto diversi pellegrinaggi e incontrato tanta gente amichevole , mi dispiace davvero lasciare questa recensione, ma non siete stati corretti con noi e a causa della vostra leggerezza non abbiamo trovato altre soluzioni per soggiornare altrove. dovreste rispettare di più le persone, anche se siete un albergue e se siamo solo pellegrini e non facoltosi clienti di...
