McDonald's — Restaurant in Matosinhos

The worst Macdonald's I have visited : Disorganized and chaotic inside, which is a reflect of the overall management. Waiting time increases rapidly in regards of the number of customers served, cashiers seem to not really know what they are doing. More like they are wandering around behind the counter and dealing with requests. It happened more that once that you can't pay by card.

Typical mcdonalds, but this one is by the ocean, you can smell the salt in the air. There is sitting outside. As I wanted gluten free menu had to go to the till. The service did not speak much english, fortutelly I had a Portuguese help. Perfect is there is no additional price for gluten free buns. The soups were not available I wanted to try but they had only one with gluten. Nice but I think place like this should have employees by the till which can...

This one is really weird. Was there second time, and it seems staff just doesn’t supposed to work. I waited for half an hour for a coffee at mccafe, at the same time three (!) staff members were chilling nearby, eating their lunch and having nice conversation. They shouted out some girl 5 times, but she didn’t show up. Finally, after ~20 mins she came and it took 10 mins to pour the coffee. Also for some reason she refused to give me the receipt. Worst...
