Nautic Bar - Vintage Caffé — Restaurant in Mira

I don't recommend. We've had dinner there, ordered burgers. Had to wait long. The burgers arrived half-cold, with unfried bacon/ham on it, cheese on top that wasn't melted and mushrooms from a can. The buns were cold. They were dry, as there was no sauce. Making a burger is not a rocket science. You don't need to have a Michelin star to do it well. There are some basic rules you have to follow though.

Maybe this place is good for having drinks but definitely not for a dinner. What a shame.

There were three (or more) waitresses but only one was actually working. The other two were just hanging around with some guests, not noticing that our glasses were long empty. As if they didn't want to earn money selling extra drinks. As if they didn't even care.

The place is very nicely decorated, plenty of space, chill atmosphere, great potential. Just improve your food and...

My 3rd visit to the Nautic bar. Listening to some great live jazz guitar at 8pm. Just had some pico pau frango and nice wine. A really good atmosphere here and a great garden area to sit and drink or eat. Staff are very good and speak English but are also patient with my bad Portuguese. They did some takeaway soup earlier for my wife who was not too well. I also had lunch here and the house burger was very good (I am not particularly a burger eater but this was very tasty) This bar is a must for quirky people. It has a distinct atmosphere with good views at the back. A bit hippy, a bit alternative but mostly just good and atmospheric. I will be back. You should give it a try. ...

Worst burger I've had: There was cold sandwich ham on the burger, unmelted cheese, and the burger wasn't even warm and very small. The bun was bland and dry. In fact the entire burger was dry because they didn't put any sauce on it whatever.

I also hate it when a places tries to be 'hip' by exchsnging fries with chips. These chips were natural and seemed to come straight from the bag. And still they were the most tasteful stuff on the burger.
