La Bella Pizza — Restaurant in Odemira

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hadn't seen in a long time such lack of professionalism in a restaurant. The waiters didnt remembered their orders and delivered the ones they had in hand to the wrong tables. One of the waiters, a female, was rude and cold to some clients seated next to us, and to others on another table told them to leave (not asked.. told) because she messed up the seating order. The food is bland, and lacking flavor and the pizza though doesn't even seemed home-made. In the end the owner, that's responsible for the payments lost our invoice, we waited 30 min for a new invoice that came without our tax number (even though we requested 2 Times) and seemed lost using the software to process/pay the bills. Small and cosy place, can get busy. I had carbonara, and garlic bread with mozzarella. Both made on spot, the carbonara was ok, but had better , garlic bread on the other hand was delicious, on thin crust . as for personal experience , i wont be back there because the owner lady is very not mich friendly, she looks at you from above and i could observer that she was rude to her employees, in front of customers, thats simply unprofessional. Possible to make reservations and might be a good idea if you dont wanna wait for table, as the place opens...

We arrived close the closing time, we asked if it was possible to still eat, they invited us to have a seat, we ordered 2 pizza and they took the order.

After 2 mins, the waiter came back saying literally: “Since you are not ordering drinks, can you take away the pizza? Maybe you can eat the pizza in the car?”

I can understand workers want to go home, but you don’t invite people to seat and then kindly offer them to go away.
