Boa Sorte — Restaurant in Oeiras

If you hanker for great Chinese food combined with a super fresh selection of the best of sushi, you will not find a better or budget friendlier place than Boa Sorte (Good Luck/Fortune) in the Lisbon Metro area. There’s also none of the ‘good luck with that’ attitude at this eatery —still very prevalent in Portugal —when you come at one minute to 3 pm afternoon closing time as they will graciously serve you takeout with a smile anyway. Decided to try this restaurant since it is one block from my house and the feedback was really nice. I must say that my expectations were too high. The relation quality x price is good in view of what we pay nowadays for a meal; but the service is not so great. We asked for a "gambas com molho picante na chapa quente" (grill shrimp with hot sauce) and "gambas em ninho". For our surprise the meal/sauce was exactly the same. When we asked where was the hot sauce of one of the dishes the waitress just advocate for the fact that Portuguese don't like hot sauce and immediately brought some hot sauce on the side to add to the plate 🤷🏼‍♀️ overall, if you want a fast and cheap meal of oriental (not spicy) food this is the place 😉 hope...
