Sushicome Oeiras — Restaurant in Oeiras

It feels like a school canteen. Inconsistent food, the salmon sashimi came in 4 different cuts with the same request. The mushrooms ware dripping cooking oil... awful. A surprise, the squid tasted like curry... kind of cuts the Japanese vibe. The sushi rice well.... it was rice, but.... not the sushi rice taste or texture. Also, there is a huge lack of consistency. During the meal, it varied from average to undercooked all of it quite bland. The grilled shrimps had not been pealed. Have you tried to peal shrimp with chopsticks?! Plus they weren't clean... they had the poop still in... not cool. Last but not least, the tuna sashimi was also inconsistant the first delicious, the last looked like raw chicken.

The long waiting time between orders also cuts the meal rithm, and you don't allways get everything you order. Some things we ordered never came.

1-Service Very poor, staff doesn’t speak the local language. They are not friendly and not even nice, seems like they are just doing their job (poorly). You don’t get what you ask for, because they will make you wait until you forget about it. An all you can eat experience usually takes 1 hour to have the first plates of sushi and it won’t be all you asked for as they abuse the fact that you probably can’t remember everything you ordered. 2- Food The food is nice for its price if you choose the All YCEat option and eat big portions. It has flavor and good quality. Looks decently fresh and well plated. 3- Price The differential factor here. One of the cheaper options for sushi but the best value for money you can get since every other place is 20€. If you are a student remember to use the discount. You can’t find better quality for this price. (10-15€...

I ordered almost 40€ from Bolt Food, and they have this rule that you can take 4 sauces, limited by 2 for the same sauce. I don't eat wasabi or ginger. I asked them to send +2 soy sauce, and they sent 1 wasabi and 1 ginger (I didn't ask).

I'm a regular customer (it's possible to check my Bolt Food history). And I also asked to not send lettuce as they always do with decoration.

I'll not order with you guys again because of this lack of sense.

You lost a customer due to 2 sachets of soy sauce. Congratulations for spoil my experience, almost 40€ of the order with only 2 sachets of soy sauce.
