Villa Lounge — Restaurant in Oeiras

We came into this meal with high hopes. It didn’t take long for the first disappointment…

We ordered three drinks and the waiter brought two of them with dirty glasses. We asked for new glasses and the last beer. He brought the beer and again two dirty glasses. In the end we all chose to drink out of the bottle instead of drinking from the dirty glassware.

One of us ordered a chicken pizza, waiter leaves and comes back several minutes later , only to tell us they don’t have that option. So they ordered a different plate. Again the same story, back to the kitchen then several minutes later nope that dish was also not available.

In the end we had to take our third option. No big deal if it tastes good no worries.

The waiter then ran away along with the cook. Turns out they had to go shopping.

After a long long loooong time, (our VERY complicated order of three pizzas) came. Sort of. First pizza came out and we started eating not wanting it to get cold. We were half way done with the pizza when we decided to ask if the other pizzas were forgotten.

No no they’ll be out in two minutes. NOPE. They had forgotten even what the order was. They came and confirmed what we had wanted and made them.

TLDR: horrible service, atmosphere was not much better, and the food was mediocre at best. Cant recommend. Won’t be returning,...

O que recebemos foram pizzas médias e não as pizzas familiares que pagámos. As pizzas são praticamente só molho de tomate e queijo, muito pouca cobertura/guarnição. A pizza de bacon trazia 3 ou 4 farrapos de bacon, muita cebola crua picada misturada com uma quantidade ínfima de abacaxi de lata, picado (bacon lovers ou onion lovers???). Uma certeza, ficámos com casa empestada de cheiro de cebola crua. A pizza de Gambas trazia 2 ou 3 pedaços de gambas descascadas, ainda com o veio negro do animal bem visível. A pizza de chocolate sem graça nenhuma: uma base de pizza barrada com chocolate e nem sequer é um bom chocolate. Safou-se o pão de queijo... Quem gosta destas pizzas não sabe a diferença entre uma pizza média e uma familiar e nunca comeu uma pizza de qualidade, com bons ingredientes, bem feita e saborosa, boa de...
