Read moreI was in Lisbon for couple of days for my business trip, where i was missing indian "tasty" food. I was staying to hotel in Porto Salvo where i was looking for some good indian food.
I been to this place "Way to India" after searching on the google and call to the place whether it's still operating (based on my previous experience it's better to confirm on unknown city to avoid any surprise), i got confirmation that they are operating till 12 in midnight.
Place: seems bit remote where you don't find peoples on the street (mainly because i was coming from India) but the ambiance was neat and clean.
Food: Starter: we have ordered starter as 2 "Samosa" place, an ideal indian dish you miss outside India. It was small in size wrt to India, but it was good in taste.
Main course: we have order 3 curry (Bhindi Masala, Veg Jalfrezi and Chicken Tikka Masala), all of them was good in taste but i like Bhindi Masala and Chicken tikka masala with Butter roti.
Sweet dish: we finish the dinner with "Mango Icecream", it was awesome, it was yummy.
Thank you Mr. Singh (owner of Way to India) for providing a food which remind the taste us...
Read moreoh my good, i don't know what to say... poor service, not a welcoming place. We've seated near the bathroom door... gross, it smelled like a public toillet...really bad. Some incense sticks would be nice there. The food look all the same, we had severall poultry dishes and the result was outrageous; 90% sauce 10% protein, chicken was chewy like ruber, the rice has been reheated in the microwave oven and some food tasted rancid. Besides that the guy that attended us ( probably the owner ) was annoying, allways interrupting the dinner. Really bad experience and i don't recomend it to anyone who like indian food nor to anyone into trying the type....
