I recently had the pleasure of dining at BRASILIS Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. His friendliness and hospitality were truly outstanding.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of authentic Brazilian dishes, and every item we tried was delicious and meticulously prepared. The owner has been doing this for more than 25 years, first with a restaurant in Lisbon that would turn from a typical Portuguese one during the day to a full Brazilian one for dinners - paintings hanging on the walls and green, yellow, and blue table cloths included, then with a house in Cascais and another one here, in Paço de Arcos. He now runs this single location at this address, but the quality is still what it has always been throughout the years: simply amazing. A comida é muito boa e tem uma boa relação preço qualidade, não considerei nem caro, nem barato, é um preço justo para a quantidade e a qualidade da comida. Quando referi que era um grupo de 12 pessoas, referiram que normalmente não recebem grupos, por causa do barulho e porque o espaço não é muito grande. E realmente o espaço e o staff não estão preparados para grupos! Ao sábado há musica, nada de extraordinário, um cantor brasileiro com o seu violão, que também quer atenção, e, claro que se estamos num grupo não estamos parados a olhar para ele, embora insistisse em que lhe sugeríssemos canções para cantar, que acabavam por ser uma sua muito própria versão e só pela letra se percebia qual a canção. A picanha estava no ponto, e, tal é mesmo raro de encontrar, mas é servida sem batata frita que é paga à parte! A moqueca estava saborosa! O problema foi mesmo o atendimento, os empregados não foram simpáticos, tendo mesmo um deles dado uma resposta torta só porque fui perguntar pelas bebidas, tendo toda a refeição sido servida primeiro e já estar quase no fim, quando as mesmas chegaram. Compreendo que não é fácil o atendimento ao público, é stressante e muito cansantivo, mas além da comida, é também o atendimento que nos faz regressar e sentir que...
