Dom Rodrigo is a very nice place to eat grilled meat or fish, I personally recommend the "choco frito" and a table of mixed meats. Here you can find a wide variety of appetisers and wines to chose from, suited for all the pockets, and very good deserts. The staff strictly follows the protocols for COVID-19 by having all the tables separated, sanitized menus, sanitisers dispensers and face masks. Excellent service from the staff, I assure that you will certainly be very well served in a warm and familiar way. Expense-wise, you can choose from regular menu to-go meals to more elaborate ones such as wild sea fish or a table full of a variety of meats. Charged for things we didn't order. We weren't informed the butter, bread, salad, cheese, and water were not complimentary. It was an extra 13.50 euros on top of our meal. I would probably have given a 3 star review for food quality, because it was okay for food in Portugal but the broccoli was very much overcooked and the pork quite tough. Vim ao Dom Rodrigo almoçar com boas referências transmitidas por uma amiga. Infelizmente não correspondeu às expectativas. Pedi choco assado que veio cru.. (veio já cortado) o que impossibilitava voltar para a grelha. Quando falei com o empregado este não mostrou qualquer vontade em resolver o problema "é assim senão fica muito seco" virou as costas e foi embora. Chamei um outro empregado ao qual sugeri que salteasse o choco numa frigideira de forma a que este não estivesse cru. Contrariado disse que assim ficava com gordura e sugeriu o micro ondas, sendo que, o que eu disse é que o mais importante para mim era que não estivesse cru. Voltaram a colocar o prato na mesa, sem demonstrar qualquer preocupação se tinha ficado a meu gosto ou não. Em momento algum perguntaram se estava bom, se tinha gostado.
