Pedi uma tosta mista e um galão. Disseram para me sentar que levariam o pedido à esplanada. Trouxeram prontamente o galão mas a tosta demorou um pouco mais, talvez 12 minutos. Quando chega a tosta, a funcionária pede desculpa pelo atraso e substitui de imediato o galão (que já estava a meio), por outro mais quente. Com simpatia e boa atitude. Este é um exemplo de como transformar uma (pequena) falha num exemplo de excelente qualidade de serviço. Parabéns!

Quando chega a tosta, a funcionária pede desculpa pelo atraso e substitui de imediato o galão (que já estava a meio), por outro mais quente. Com simpatia e boa atitude. I mean, the staff was friendly, service was quick, but there wasn't much to pick through anyway. Had an espresso, which was ok, bottled juices and pop are available, some very limited pastry options. Just feel that this is beautifully located and would have so much potential, had there been some dedication...
