Order by uber eats on the 5th of August. After 45min received a message saying the driver is on is way. 20min later still waiting (note that I was less then 7min away by car). So I calles and they say they only started the order now and they haven't left yet. Considering more than 1 hour has passed I said I don't want it anymore as I have been outside waiting to be delivered. They cancelled it straight away no apologies. Waiting for over an hour now, called them 10 minutes after the estimated arrival told me it would be 5 more minutes, half an hour later called them again, they picked up after me calling the 11th time from two phones, no hello nothing, told me absolutely annoyed that I need to wait even tho she was the one who said 5 minutes. food arrived after 1 and a half hour... very...

Ordered via glovo, never arrived, so I needed to drive to them to pick it. No apologies no excuses. 2 hours of my life wasted. Hope this circus...
