This place is allmost like a comedy, but in a bad way. It actually seemed as customers were kind of frightened of the woman behind the counter. Really lousy service and seriously arrogant attitude, although I tried my very best to order a coffee (with milk) and a cheese/ham sandwich in portugese. I have never before rated a "one star" review, but the coffee saved from a absolute 0 to a weak 1, all because of the coffee. (that ofcourse had NO milk)

Atendimento péssimo, empregados mal educados. Parece que estão a fazer um favor de nos atender. Chegas ao local e se estiverem a conversar continuam, se tiverem a limpar a máquina do sumo de laranja continuam, boa tarde ou qualquer outro comprimento é um dialeto desconhecido e quando é a hora mais movimentada, partir das 17h para a maioria das pessoas que se desloca para ir comprar o pão quente que está a sair é momento alto da falta de educação, parece que estão a distribuir comida a porcos..qual sem noção e com espírito de "muito trabalho, muito trabalho" "lá vem mais um estúpido dar-nos trabalho" .Os bolos muitas das vezes permanecem em prisão domiciliária por mais do que um dia a desmaiar, montra de bolos pobre!!! Resumindo só se safa o pão quente!!!! Mais do que isso não se governam...

My family loves going here to get fresh hot bread every day. However, only my husband speaks Portuguese (as he was born here) and my children and I don't, it is upsetting and rude when we try to order and are judged for trying to speak and order...
