Really disappointing experience here, tried to explain two separate times we don’t eat pork and the first time he assured us a croissant was only cheese just to find ham included. Then I came back to show him and then he gave us a pizza that also had pork on it instead. Charged us both times for things we couldn’t eat and didn’t ask for and then he shrugged and said nothing or never offered any kind of apology or amends in the end. Tried the francesinha in the wooden oven and it was okay, the sauce tasted very good and came in a generous quantity but the meat was short, only after eating 1/3 of the francesinha I found steak, for a 14€ francesinha you would at least fit the size of the bread with steak... O Snack Bar Pizzaria Paraíso faz jus ao nome, é realmente um lugar acolhedor onde apetece voltar. Desde o primeiro momento, percebe-se que a equipa em geral é dedicada, super simpática e preocupada em proporcionar uma boa experiência a quem passa por ali. Cada funcionário contribui para um ambiente agradável e familiar, o que é algo raro de encontrar e que merece ser reconhecido. Ainda assim, não posso deixar de dar um destaque especial à MICAELA, é uma daquelas pessoas que está sempre com um sorriso sincero, atenciosa em cada detalhe e com uma doçura no atendimento que nos faz sentir verdadeiramente à vontade. Mais do que servir bem, a Micaela consegue transmitir calor humano e uma energia positiva que contagia o espaço e todos os que entram.
