Pizza Hut Parque Atlântico — Restaurant in Ponta Delgada

Very disgusted with Pizza Hut. Went to Pizza Hut for dinner in shopping Center parque Atlântico with my husband and son, went there bcs my son is very picky with food and Pizza Hut is something he knows and likes!while ordering my food the girl who served us was rushing us to order and showing very very bad attitude her name on the badge was Pacheco. I placed my order ordering some pizza drinks and for starter some potato wedges with cheese I clearly mention I didn’t want the bacon only cheese bcs my husband doesn’t eat bacon due to health issues!while waiting to for the food I overheard the man in charge saying in my language ( Portuguese) they are going to eat ‘that’ and even ask for more!! I was attentive trying to figure out what was going on and they were laughing again and again between staff looking at our table!when the starter arrived they served us with bacon and clearly that was some leftover potato wedges they had in the kitchen from a long time( I should have taken a picture so I could show here)she took the plate inside and removed with her fingers the bacon bringing the same potato wedges with some bacon still remaining on the plate! I asked her this is the same plate you bringing back?she reply saying no bacon! I look again and still bacon hidden in between the cheese i pointed and I said this is the same plate and still bacon there ! The person who in charge( man with glasses) didn’t say any words or apologies and was stand there giving me attitude with the employee!every time I am here on holidays I go there bcs my son eats pizza Those people don’t think about the consequences could lead to a person when they are allergic to something! I am very disappointed and very frustrated! That was a horrible experience there! Because of their laziness and clearly they wanted to close the kitchen and go home they choose to serve us left overs they had in the kitchen! And speaking about costumers that way is disgusting! Was a point I had to get out of there bcs they put our health at risk!! Very uncomfortable with all this situation! Those people are dangerous!! I would never put my foot there again !!! I am usually reticent of going to Pizza Hut, but occasionally end up here one way or another.

It is rather expensive for the average of this island, and there’s really good pizza elsewhere too.

But gotta give them credit where credit is due, they are always the most creative with their pizzas.

Had a fairly good time, although my dad found the tables to be a bit too tight for his comfort. Expect to pay in the range of €10-16 per person beverages included when you come here.

Sizes run a bit small. Avoid Friday and Saturday, the shopping gets very crowded and noisy.

Waiters don’t seem fully up to date with the prices and changes the franchise makes, and the rules of their promos are very finicky, careful with those.

If you’re using promo codes it might be best to be fully clear with them about what the final price will be BEFORE...

À éviter si vous êtes étranger !

Très mauvaise expérience. Le prix est tout simplement exorbitant : 20€ pour une seule pizza, sans boisson, sans rien d’autre. Quand on s’attend à un repas simple et correct, c’est une grosse déception.

Le service client laisse également à désirer. Les personnes au comptoir ne font aucun effort de communication, et l’une d’elles m’a carrément ignoré alors que je lui disais bonjour en face. Peut-être ne parlait-elle pas anglais, ce qui peut se comprendre, mais dans ce cas un simple geste ou un mot aurait suffi. Au lieu de ça, j’ai eu l’impression d’être pris de haut, voire pris pour un idiot.

Quand j’ai mentionné que le prix affiché sur internet était moitié moins élevé, on m’a dit qu’ils allaient voir avec un responsable — que je n’ai jamais vu. En attendant, on m’a mis la pression pour payer le prix fort. Et pour finir, dès que je suis parti, la personne s’est mise à parler avec sa collègue en portugais, ce qui m’a encore renforcé le sentiment d’avoir été pris à la légère.

Bref, je suis vraiment déçu. Il y a beaucoup d’autres endroits plus accueillants et honnêtes pour manger.
