Mundo do café — Restaurant in Portimão

Went there today,the girls behind the counter were totally disinterested and instead of a Carioca coffee served my wife with an espresso, a cold one as well. If she wanted a cold coffee she would have ordered one! A coffee is supposed to be hot or at least warm. I specifically ordered it to be escaldado. The meia de leite I ordered was also cold. Looks like they are trying to save on their electricity bill! If so how about saving the customer some pennies as they are the most expensive around. For example a miserable thin slice of cake costs euro 2.90. Get real! How about a refund for the quantity/quality and lack of interest by the staff! They have a branch in the Continente shopping centre as well. Never had any problems with the staff there although the portions are the same. This cafe is overpriced-...
