Best place I've found for tea in Praia, and also very fresh orange juice. Tasty pancakes. Chicken salad sandwiches. Omelets. All around fantastic place. You do need some Portuguese, or pull up a picture of what you want from Google and show it to them.

Stopped here for a light snack. I got the soup of the day and a galao. Both were terrific, especially the soup. While a simple vegetable noodle soup it was very flavorful. The service was also great.
