I am a solo female pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago da Compostela , en route to Porto. I made the extra hike to santa Maria da Feira and stayed in the Feira Hostel. Let me tell you this was the best thing I did so far. The hostel is so modern, fresh, spotless clean and affordable. The dorm has everything you need with comfortable beds , usb PowerPoints, beautiful architectural showers dorm room, bathroom and a kitchen of a 5* hotel. This place is more like a hotel than a hostel. Their restaurant downstairs serves a fresh filling lunch deal with fantastic ingredients, and it is set in the heart of the town with incredible views. The staff are top class, so friendly and speak other languages. They remembered my name and helped me unite with other pilgrims. I could not recommend this place higher. Definitely better than staying in Sao João de Madeira. I would hope to return here...

Everything is top clean, the kitchen invites you to cook a meal, the location right next to the town square, in a cosy little street, with a terrace that gives you a perfect view at the old Castillo. This place is beyond everything i ever thought would be possible to get for such a small amount of money. The beautiful owner and her husband together with the most kind staff will without a doubt make you feel welcome. A trip to Porto will not be complete without visiting Santa Maria da Feira for a couple of relaxing days in this gem of a Hostel. Please do...

The hotel is very well located with free parking within 5 minutes. The room we stayed, facing the back, is spacious with a beautiful view of the esplanade. The bed is large and comfortable and the sheets quality. The bathroom is good size and with a good shower. Room heated at perfect temperature. Wi-fi works perfectly. A communal kitchen on the upper floor is available. There are several restaurants and cafes very close to the hotel. The breakfast is poor. The first night someone used the kitchen to cook dinner and left a smell of fish all...
