Borges — Restaurant in Seia

It's hard to find a restaurant where everything you ask and eat is perfect but I must say this is one of these cases. Take into account the restaurant only opened from 12-3 so it's better so get there early or try and make a reservation to avoid waiting to seated. We had "Enchidos" (sausages) as entree and as main dish a "Joelinho de Porco" ( porco knee). Both were delicious but truth be told if you go to the restaurant the porch knee should be a must!! If you go you can share a knee between 2-3 people. This comes with bean rice and a small salad. Also, I would recommend the wine of the house. Good food, but very distracted staff, even without having half a floor filled. We waited for over 10 minutes for desserts, gave up on then, waited for a requested soup than never came, and had to wait another 10 minutes for a couple of coffees. Room quickly became noisy and uncomfortable, lots of kids running around, which of course did not help the staff. Staff was considerate and apologetic, but it just wasn't efficient.
