Finnaly I was back! And what a triumphant return!!

The diversity of the menu and the quality of the food finally achieved a superior level and the service was flawless and fluid!

For that reason my review moved a level up to 4!

If you read my initial review you will see that a lot have changed and for the better!

I recomend a visit to a place where you can have a nice dinner and than quickly move to the bar and have a drink, listen to some nice live music and keep the night going.

I went to this spot in last December, I believe the place at that time was recently open.

An amazing historical space that previously was a canteen of a factory that existed on that location. I found it well decorated and with a lot of potential by the diversity of offer that presented (not only a restaurant but also a separated space that works as a bar). It could improve in terms of confort...lack of proper climatization taking in consideration the time of the year.

The food was ok, although the menu, at that time revealed a lack of diversity.

Super bad experience with the service...a monstrous waiting time for the food with mistakes on the service, no client expectation management and no costumer care on that topic.

In reflection...to return and see if a few months of action helped to step up the game... or not...

I was really struggling with this one. Call it 3.5 ⭐️

🥘The food is great, amazing presentation on every single menu item, great flavor balance and perfectly reasonable prices.

⚜️the indoor decoration is really welcoming and the outside área more than perfect for the usual portuguese weather.

🌩the tables turn when we get to the service part. Friendly staff but the place either has really bad processes or is seriously under staffed. From calling in for a reservation and holding in line for over 20 minutes each time (I was traveling there so I could wait), while listening to “your call is important to us “ makes you feel like a 🤡

After getting your table you feel like a 👻 totally transparent to the rushing staff (the place wasn’t even full)

Waiting for 2 coffees for over 15 min and to get them on the table only after asking again is way too much.

I trully hope they are able to get more staff and better management and I’m sure this will turn into a ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟 place.

I came here to have dinner on the occasion of my wedding anniversary since it was a special restaurant for us and let me tell you it is just overpriced for nothing. The atmosphere is amazing but not the food, not the waitress. The covet was paid, and we were not informed first of all. When we ordered the burguer I asked if it had bacon and the waitress said no. Then my husband showed her the menu saying it contained bacon and she concluded by saying that the burguer will be without bacon and we agreed. When the burguer came we asked it it had bacon and guess what it came with bacon!!! After checking 3 times!!! When we informaed the waitress she showed no empathy and just said it was without bacon. There is absolutely no consideratiom for the food restriction of the customers. I asked the Nasi Goreng. Extremly salty and acid! Not even 30 minutes after I left I threw it up.
