Restaurante Adega 33 — Restaurant in Seixal

We were planning to go for a dinner with a group of four people, this was during the concert of Manu Chao. I've asked politely if they had a table for 4 people inside. The waiter asked for 10 min as he needed to prepare the table, after waiting for more then 30/40 minutes outside in the cold, the waiter told other people that arrived later that the kitchen was closed. The waiter did not approach us at all and when I approached him after already hearing the people speak about it in my surroundings, he did not even apologize for letting us waiy for over 30 minutes while "preparing the table in 10min".

If the answer when we arrived would have been we are full at this moment and the kitchen is about to close, that would have been perfectly fine.. but waiting for such a long time in the cold and then receiving the bad news was just a complete waste...

Hoje eu e o meu marido resolvemos conhecer o espaço para almoçar, mas foi uma má experiência , estivemos 1h a espera do comer e víamos todos os clientes que chegaram depois de nos a serem servidos e então resolvemos questionar o empregado ao qual disse que estava com pouca pessoal a trabalhar na cozinha mas não estava esquecido, passado um tempo perguntamos novamente a outro funcionário e ele respondeu que o colega esqueceu-se de fazer o pedido. Então “ele” o empregado que se esqueceu, a inventar outra mentira e dizer que já não conseguia servir o que tínhamos pedido que era uma grelhada mista de porco preto. Pedi a conta do que tínhamos consumido ( uma sangria) e ele não deixou pagar, também pudera depois do que fez. Errar todos erramos mas o que mais odeio é que me tomem por parva e me mintam. Enfim relativamente a comida não posso opinar visto nem ter sido servido, o serviço ficou a quem e nem um pedido de desculpas do proprietário gerente não existiu. Foi a primeira vez que me aconteceu tal coisa. Se irei voltar lá? Com certeza não,...

We waited for our food for 2 hours. Really stressed staff that didn’t have time to check in on you. No blankets to offer and it was super cold outside. When we finally got a table inside we got the wrong food, and everything was messy.
