Definitely worth stopping by! We are staying just up the road in an Airbnb and popped by for dinner on a whim tonight - it was definitely worth it! The Caribbean style food was spectacular and unique, we had the linguine which is ink dyed and delicious as well as the chicken and probably some of the best potato chips we’ve ever tried! The chocolate mousse was a dessert I will never stop thinking about… SERIOUSLY ORDER IT! Presentation on all our dishes was beautiful. And the view from the balcony was gorgeous around 8pm with a sunset just beginning! Our waiter was kind and attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed this unique little gem in a hidden...

My wife and I found this place by pure luck. It's an absolute gem. The food and service by Rui were top class. Sat out in the terrace for a few drinks to wait for the kitchen to open. When we got our food ,Rui chose the wine to compliment the food. Met the cooks and chef as we stayed a little longer than expected. Than also was greeted by the owner at the end of the session for a night cap. Had some Caribbean Rum which really took the experience to another level. Desde o momento em que entrámos, fomos calorosamente recebidos por uma equipa atenciosa e profissional. O funcionário que nos acompanhou durante a refeição estava sempre presente, pronto para responder a qualquer pergunta e para garantir que cada detalhe estivesse perfeito. A sua atenção aos pormenores realmente fez a diferença.

O que mais me impressionou foi a forma como os sabores caribenhos e portugueses foram harmoniosamente combinados nos pratos. Cada prato era uma explosão de cores, aromas e sabores, transportando-nos a uma viagem culinária única. Os ingredientes frescos e a paixão do chef eram evidentes em cada garfada.

Além disso, gostaria de destacar a dona do restaurante, que não apenas esteve presente para nos cumprimentar, mas também fez questão de passar na nossa mesa durante a refeição para se certificar de que estávamos a desfrutar da experiência. A sua simpatia e atenção genuína aos clientes realmente tornaram o ambiente acolhedor e especial.

No geral, não poderia ter pedido por um almoço melhor. O restaurante Caribbean oferece uma fusão verdadeiramente única de culturas culinárias, com um serviço impecável e uma atmosfera acolhedora.
