This place feels like home. My husband, two daughters (2/7) and I, found this gem after a few failed attempts at other restaurants. I'll try to find the right way to express how great if an experience we had. We entered the place and the atmosphere is serene, calm, but alive with awesome music. You walk in and can't miss the authentic decorations of antiquese, kitchenware and plates across the different rooms. The staff is all experienced and knowledgeable on their menu and this is uncomparable to the unorganized service we have experienced before. They were attentive, kind, on beat to the movement of each guest and the bar/kitchen. Now the food. Oh my god. The food was super amazing. We came here twice, so on the first visit, we tried most of the petiscos. Each of them made well, hot and unique. Our favorite was the tune and fried choco. But the chamuças and the pasteis de bacalhau and the rissois de cohelo were awesome. The next day we had the polvo and the açorda, both delicious, but the polvo was my favorite. It was this special garnish made of broa or salsa that is out of this world. Needlesd to say, food is good. The drinks now. Dude, the beer is fantastic and the gin was well prepared. We tried the stella and Leffe, both cold and crisp. My daughters had the soup and burger on a plate. The staff really helped a lot. Going out to any restaurant is complicated with kidds. But they knew to put kids in booths to not disturb others. since we went for a 1pm lunch, my 2 year old was cranky, ready for nap. But one of the staff members helped us by bringing a bucket of building blocks. Omg, when i tell you i enjoyed dinner, im not kidding. I enjoyed the food, my time, my drinks. I'll 100% recommend this place to anyone and i will be back. Thank...

The food was amazing and they have a nice selection of wines. We ordered the Rissios de Berbigão as a starter and it was super tasteful. For our main we ordered the Caril de Camarão, which had so much depth in flavors, so good. Our host Vitor made our experience a perfect one, what a friendly funny and passionate man. Be nice to him and you will have a...
Read moreThe food was good and the waiter attentive.. unfortunately bringing things to the table that you haven’t ordered (bread, jam, cheese and butter) one bottle of water and the charging you for each item is something that leaves you a bad taste and ruins your dinner experience.. this low practices aimed at tourists is what made this our last visit even if we liked the place. This was by far the most expensive restaurant since we arrived at Portugal… more expensive than restaurants in the...
