We have eaten at this restaurant regularly when on holiday in the past however due to covid restrictions this was our visit for over 2 years. The food was, as always amazing, cooked to perfection. From the goats cheese and onion soup starters to the sublime ducks breast mains and finally chocolate fondant desert the food was without fault. Vincent is a great place to eat authentic French food right in Portugal. For more than 20 years, It is hidden in a small alley, just of the boulevard of Santa Luzia. The menu is classic French, from delicious onion soup, to a classic duck confit and the creamiest crème brûlée. At the moment on the menu there is a particular nice combination of typical Portuguese ingredients like pulpo and chorizo resulting in the finest French cuisine taste. Very unique place in Santa Luzia. Vincent is an outstanding chef who only takes reservations for six tables each night. You usually need to book 2 days in advance. The French onion soup is delicious. I had a steak and it was wonderful and served with great vegetables. Everything was presented beautifully. And force yourself to have room for the crème brûlée! A really nice local dining experience.
