Pizzaria Valentino — Restaurant in Viana do Castelo

Worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Extremely unpleasant elderly lady, yells at the guests for no reason, won't let them sit at the table where they wish, even though the restaurant is completely empty. I don't understand, I come in as a guest and have a nice smile and she starts bringing up absolute strangers, hence the guests. It took over 10 minutes to bring drinks after ordering because she was busy berating the gentleman who was creating the pizza. And it occurred after the food was received. Disgusting energy of this place, because of the evil lady.

They only have pizza available from the whole menu, even though they offer pasta and other types of food online, which is why we came. After receiving the menu, we wait so long to order that we would prefer to leave immediately. Unfortunately there is no other restaurant in the area. The menu has the prices crossed out, it's unclear and you find out afterwards that the food costs at least 3 euros more than the menu. The price was still acceptable. The gentleman finished the pizzas and the lady let them sit on the counter for 4 minutes to cool down. The pizza was good, but it was small. The gentleman who made it was nice and pleasant. I really wholeheartedly warn you against going to this horrible restaurant. Don't...

Love this place! Really good pizza at reasonable prices and the owners (the only staff as far as I could tell) are super warm people...and it has a super laid back vibe...with cool 70s and 80s record albums lining the walls...this place is a gem...want to come back the next time...
