We had dinner here and overall it was a bit of a mixed experience.
We started with the burrata (€9), which came with bread, pesto, and tomatoes — the portion was good and the price seemed fair for what was included. That said, the taste was just okay. We’ve definitely had better elsewhere.
For the main course, I had a pizza which was very good — thin and well made — and my partner had a pasta dish, which was fine but not especially memorable and a bit on the smaller side.
The service is where things fell short. The waitress serving us was very cold and unfriendly, didn’t check on us during the meal, and didn’t ask if we needed anything else. So good that I went back the next day for another and told the rest of the group. Everyone loved the BLT. Granola with fruit and yoghurt was delicious and the coffee is also excellent. The young team are all clearly enjoying what they are doing, offering excellent service and smiles. I'll be back next time...

My partner returned one more time to nosh on the fresh yogurt and granola. We did, indeed, share a slice of warm banana bread at every visit.
We will have to return to Burgau to try Corso's...
