Not worth of money in terms of quantity. Just few pieces of chicken kabab and remaining while box filled with fries. Pictures are attached.

Disappointing Customer Service & Misleading Portioning

I initially left a review about the poor quantity of meat in my order, where the box was mostly filled with fries and only a few pieces of chicken kebab. The owner responded, inviting me back to make things right (Picture Attached). However, upon my visit, rather than acknowledging the issue, the staff began arguing and justifying their portioning practice, stating that 80% fries and 20% meat is their standard. One of the workers even remarked that for 4 euros, I shouldn’t expect more. If this is truly their standard, it should be clearly communicated upfront, instead of misleading customers into expecting a balanced meal. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability reflect poor customer service. A simple acknowledgment and willingness to improve would have gone a long way, but instead, I was met with defensiveness and excuses.
