After visiting this restaurant, I experienced a real surge of emotions and memories. As someone who left my hometown and has long been accustomed to a variety of flavors and aromas, I never expected to find something so familiar here that would instantly transport me back to my childhood memories.

The restaurant’s menu is a true kaleidoscope, blending cuisines from different countries and continents. Each dish was not just delicious, but almost like something from my old, familiar places. Starting with borscht and syrniki, which brought back memories of cozy family evenings, and ending with tom yum and khachapuri — they evoked memories of past travels to Georgia and Asia, where I once enjoyed the authentic flavors of these regions. Every dish was made with care and attention to detail, and the spices, textures, and combinations created a bridge between my past and present.

What especially impressed me was how well these diverse cuisines were combined, without losing the individuality of each dish. Every bite felt like opening a new chapter in my story. OK, I’ve been dying for a Ruben! Haven’t had one in two years so when we heard about this place making their own corn beef, we were the second customers in line when they opened. They did not disappoint. The corn beef was succulent and flavorful tender it had the right balance of sauerkraut and thousand island dressing, I would say I’d like it toasted in a pan with a lot of butter, but the bread was still good as is . Price was super reasonable for this quality. I’ve held off writing because I wanted to come back a few more times which I have and I have been thrilled with everything I’ve eaten, you can tell when there’s a passion for cooking and this kitchen has it. They’re more geared for home delivery, but they have an ample dining space with some outside dining With very friendly staff. We came to have a quick dinner and were very absolutely astonished by the quality vs price ratio we got here.

The restaurant looks somewhat like an “ordinary” bistro from the outside, but on the inside its simple yet welcoming. There are a couple of tables outside the restaurant too to sit on a warm summer evening.

What blows your mind though is the food you are being served here. We tried mainly Slavic dishes here and we truly think they are very authentic with a “posh” twist to them. The balance of ingredients, the portions, the final touch to them. All made by a genious.
