Worst restaurant experience in Porto. I was unlucky to go there on a Sunday when they have only the buffet option for dinner. They tell you drinks are included in the buffet and then in the end try to charge you for every glass of wine that you drink. Beware, it is a scam. The food quality is also terrible. All the supposedly warm dishes were served cold and tasteless. Even the salad is tasteless with low quality vegetables and olive oil. The bbq entrecot and lamb were not delicious at all. Entrecot was hard and chewy and the lamb was uneatable due to its smell. Shame on this 5-star hotel which misrepresents their lousy buffet and tries to overcharge its customers, ruining the whole experience with the crazy bill in the end. They tried to charge me 155Euros per person for that terrible buffet and four glasses of wine. Stay away from these scammers.Note: I give the atmosphere 3 stars only because of the view. Lives in the shadow of the main restaurant. The only reason we had to eat here was we couldn't head to better places in the town. The menu is ticking the boxes and hard to get excited about. What we ate was well prepared and fine but service isn't up to scratch, slow.
