You absolutely must visit this amazing location for a sunset. You also need to get there AT LEAST an hour before, because even then there are lots of people and it quickly fills up to standing room only. So again, get there about an hour and a half before sunset. Bring a blanket, wine, beer, snacks, etc. There are also multiple vendors walking around selling wine and beer. The vibe is humming, and the romantic ambiance is perfect for a date night. You will see a melting pot of people from all over the world converging on this great park to see a gorgeous sunset fall before you, as you look down river and over a scenic view of the city and it's nightlife springing forward. You can also stand along the bridge over the water as well. Just be mindful of the commuter trains slowly passing behind you. Meaning- GAIA’s “cooler”!😎 No doubt.💥
The Park is a popular place at Sundown, to watch the Sun-set. Be sure to check out the morning “set” (9-13:00 ) of “Dona Música”. Gabi + André are from São Paolo living now in GAIA. Their samba covers of Jobim & other famous Musicians of Brasil is memorable.Better to buy a CD!
in the Jardim do Morro “Park”- the musicians are THE BEST! Where else can you hear beautiful Brazilian Samba music of Carlos Jobim being performed by a couple from São...
