One of the worst francesinha sauces I've had. Sweet and bright orange should have been a tell... the fact that this is a franchise coming out of Guimaraes should be another tell. Good selection of beers but one of the worst Francesinhas I've had in my life. The sauce alone is enough to destroy the dish but to top if off. Hammering a steak that we asked to be medium rare into a paper sheet beef that well done didn't help. Bread wasn't toasted (at all) and the fries are store bought. Do yourself a favor and stick to francesinhas from Porto/Gaia. This is borderline insulting to what a francesinha is expected to be. We visited this restaurant last week (April, 2023). We had lunch almost late 14:00 and luckily they still received orders.

Pros: Entrance accessible for wheelchair. Free wifi. Clean and has great decorations. Friendly and nice staffs. Price is average, €8.50 for half frango francesinha. The portion was okay. The taste wad just fine as well. They sell different types of food like francesinha, burgers, hotdogs, etc.

3 estrelas porque gostamos mas pensamos que ainda há muito espaço para melhorar. Temos de realçar a simpatia dos trabalhadores. O trabalhador que nos atendeu foi super prestável e simpático, mas tinha falta de conhecimento das bebidas, não sabia responder a perguntas sobre as cervejas, que são uma parte bem anunciada do restaurante, e no final aconselhou uma que era boa, mas não era branca mas sim preta, logo pediu desculpa mas mostrava a falta de preparação, que eu penso que com mais formação sobre as cervejas vendidas no local pode ser bom. O menu da criança e as francesinhas de carne estavam boas. O hambúrguer vegetariano era fraco a comparar com os outros pratos, e na francesinha vegetariana acho que a alface não acrescenta nada e podia ser melhor, mas está no bom caminho. O molho picante para a francesinha é muito bom. As batatas normais são fracas. Os pimentos padron estavam bons, não eram picantes. A sobremesa foi boa. Espaço a que vamos voltar.
