We had lunch on the terrace on a beautiful sunny day. We had the cheese and ham with homemade bread for appetizers. We then had the Arroz de carqueja (absolutely delicious), the Arroz de ervilha (beautiful delicate taste), the Bacalhau a Avozinha (with a creamy chickpea purée) and the risotto de cogumelos e gambas. Everything was well presented, hot and nicely seasoned. We have been recommended a white wine form the Dao region, that was a bit dry to my taste, but guess what? - we finished it too. It was actually a good pairing with our food. I ordered a Molotov that is not for the faint hearted so sweet it was, but homemade and very fresh. Service was extremely friendly and attentive.
