I'm sorry that nowadays the service is not able to apologize. After asking what is the soup of a day i received the answer that it is vegetable soup. I ordered it.

Immediately after it was placed on the table I smelled meat. Afer asking if it comes with meat the answer was, yes it does, with sausage. I said that unfortunately I don't eat meat and I won't eat the soup.

Of course I had to pay for it in the end without any apology. I understand that I should have checked before ordering whether the vegetable soup by any chance contains meat ... I don't understand that the situation was not resolved in any way and that I didn't even deserve an apology for not being offered any other option or any: "we are sorry for uncomplete information" "we are sorry that we didnt try to understand client's side"....whatever would be accepted and would made one feel kinda let's say heard or...

Absolutely disgusting experience! We went in for lunch, thinking a place full of locals must be good. Big mistake.

First, my husband needed the restroom, but a rude, power-tripping cleaning lady blocked both the men’s and women’s toilets, making us wait 15 unbearable minutes for no reason.

Then came the food—awful soup, mediocre pastries, nothing special. But the worst part? The change they gave us. Look at the photo. Moldy, torn, unusable bills! NO ONE accepts them. When I asked for proper money, the cashier just shrugged and refused.
