“ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING – FOUND METAL WIRE IN MY FOOD, AND THEY DIDN’T CARE!”

This was the most DISGUSTING and DANGEROUS dining experience I’ve ever had. I went to Nando’s Financial Square for a meal, but instead, I almost ended up choking on a METAL WIRE (“alambre”) that was hidden in my food. Yes, METAL. Sharp, dangerous, and completely unacceptable.

As soon as I felt something hard in my mouth, I pulled it out and was shocked to see a metal wire! I felt sick just thinking about what could have happened if I had swallowed it. I tried to get a waiter’s attention, but no one came to check on us. We sat there for what felt like forever while the staff walked around ignoring us.

When I finally managed to flag someone down and showed them the metal wire, I expected them to be horrified, to apologize, to do SOMETHING. Instead? They barely reacted. No concern, no urgency, no manager coming over to address the situation.

The fact that this restaurant allowed something so dangerous to end up in a customer’s meal and then didn’t even care is absolutely INFURIATING.

This place seriously needs to train its staff on basic food safety and customer service. If they can’t even handle a situation like this properly, who knows what else they’re neglecting? If you value your health and safety, STAY AWAY.
