Capricciosa — Restaurant in Bucharest

Is me second return and as my last day in Romania decide to get family and friends together last night 8 pm as we made a reservation. Big mistake ,place was cold service was horrible and no soap in the men washroom . Pro Food was very good . Group of 5 and place was quite the waiter decide to not do his job and to ignore as and chat with staff . Obviously we want to spend more time have more drinks Cofee and desert but no luck . When we share our feedback to him the young guy waiter he ignore as entirely no apology from his side . Another waiter he aproach and he apologized and he offered free desert but we declined nicely as good vibe was gone already . Very sad as said earlier food was great . A Canadian Tourist Review:

Ah, to be back in Europe once more! This restaurant is very similar to other pizza restaurants in Italy and Greece. The Romanian version of "The Price is Right" was playing on their TV which entertained me.

If you're Canadian, you may find the service of the waitress frustratingly slow. However, this is probably the average speed for European and Latin American restaurants. I am still getting used to it.

There was a bit of a language barrier when I pointed to the Fanta on the menu, but instead was brought a Coke Zero.

The vegetarian pizza was okay. The toppings were great, but the pizza sauce was a bit bland.

Overall, it was a fine dining experience. I just think waiting 45 minutes for the bill after I finished eating was a bit...

I've been to this restaurant many time over the years but today I decided to be the last time. I had a business lunch with my colleagues and customers from abroad and the attitude of the 2 waiters was very rude. It seemed that we are disturbing them and the answers to any question or extra order (like a bottle of water) was received with a bad attitude. We ordered the Tagliata alla diavola and specify we want it medium cooked. When my colleague said that is dry and he asked for medium, the answer of the waiter was: "Well, you was on the phone for 6 minutes and we had to cook it longer" - no excuse, nothing.
