KFC — Restaurant in Cluj Metropolitan Area

KFC is a classic. There's no denying that. Every now and then, I crave that unmistakable flavor and treat myself to some fried chicken. The recipe is unique and genuinely delicious.. when it’s done right.

But that’s the problem: it’s not always done right. Sometimes, the chicken is great, i.e., crispy, juicy, and just what you expect. Unfortunately, I’ve also been served undercooked pieces more than once. One time, I even got food poisoning and threw up. That's not just disappointing. It's borderline dangerous.

I don’t blame the brand or the recipe as I know how much of this comes down to individual employees and how much they respect (or rather don't) KFC's and the food industry's strict standards. It's a gamble. Sometimes, you get a great meal, and other times, it's a mess.

I am a big fan of KFC, and have had many positive experiences at their locations in the past. However, my recent visit to this particular KFC location was quite disappointing. The service was slow and unorganized, and it took them nearly 30 minutes to get my order ready, which consisted of only a burger and a soda. When my food finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the burger was dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy and flavorful taste I have come to expect from KFC. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested and uninvolved in providing good customer service. It was a far cry from the inviting atmosphere that I am used to experiencing at KFC. Overall, I had a bad experience at this KFC location and would not recommend it to others.

Will remain a big fan of KFC, but will never eat at this restaurant ever again....

17 minutes expected to get a menu with no spicy crisp, special fryes and a soda. The screen list went down first. Then I waited 16 minutes and I turned to cashier to cancel the order, another came and told me that the fryes what I order don't have, so he ask me nice if I want normal French fryes and I accepted. 3 problem i started to eat, first crispy chicken spicy, next the same, tird one have been the single one no spice, all the other spicy 4 I called on the phone and they said I should come back with the order, get another one or refund the money back. I waited for them to talk about me with the door open. 5 Next I received money and the cashier she not bothered to say a sorry 6 I asked what aboud alergi to spicy and she confirmed that she don't care, just saying that she never heard anything...
