We were visiting from another island for Christmas and decided to get dinner at the Windward Mall location since we always had a good experience. We entered at 6:45pm and was seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was also the bartender so she was multi tasking. After taking our drink order and asking if we needed a cold glass she repeated herself and said I know I already asked but I forgot what you said. When she returned she mentioned that she just found out that they were closing at 7pm since it was Christmas Eve but don't worry you sat before 7 so you're good. My daughter ordered the Grilled Salmon and was offered 2 sides, all of what she wanted was out. NO rice, No baked Potato. She ordered a Ceasar Salad which was drenched in dressing which was too overwhelming, she took a few bites of the croutons but it was stale so did not consume anymore. I ordered the Pastrami with French fries. My sandwich was good but I had a handful of fries maybe 15 pieces to count and also stale. My husband ordered the Roast Pork plate. When it was served, it contained 1 scoop of Mashed Potatos, a heaping of corn and 2 small pieces of Roast Pork. The void on the plate was obvious that they ran out of portions, or did they? When he questioned the waitress, she responded that this isn't the usual serving and let me see what's going on. When she returned, she had a plate with a decent portion size and said this is what it should've looked like. By then, my husband was disgusted and said to take it away. Read moreI ordered items to go in past two weeks. Person at front was nice who took order. But the cooks in back are horrible. And manager who allows food to go out with no quality control. Two weeks ago I ordered an appetizer platter. When i got home the pretzel sticks were so hard it was like rocks and too hard to eat. Plus coated in too much salt. They are supposed to be soft. I paid $20.00 for this platter and my expectation was everything would be fine. Its over priced in they put no chicken strips or potato skins on it like other restaurants for $20.00. But to have a 1/3 of it too hard to eat and way way over salted.
This past week i bought the $13.99 mozerella sticks to go. Three of them were empty of cheese as they had cooked them to long.
When i pay a lot of money for this stuff and im really really upset that whoever is the manager allows this food to go out. Peopke arent paying attention to what they are doing or doing much thinking. It was not busy either when i got these. You leave and you cant come back as by the time you open it your miles from their and at home.

Read moreI ordered the Asiago steak (cooked medium well) and ribs combo, but the waitress didn’t hear me correctly I guess and put my order down as just the steak. Which I was okay with, I guess. She brought out my food and the rest of my families food. My steak was cooked WELL DONE, like completely well done. I couldn’t handle how tough it was so I took it back, told her I wanted it medium well please. Waited forever for my food to come back. My husband also ordered steak but his was fine, but his rice was like they scraped it from bottom of the rice pot; all hard pieces. My food finally came back, which by this time my whole family were already done eating their food. I cut my steak and it was rare/medium rare whatever(photo posted), I had the hardest time even trying to cut it… I was over it by that point and asked for the check and box for my food so I can cook it myself at home. I usually am very understanding about service workers but I was so irritated about the whole experience. Mind you, she charged me for 2 of my steak orders so I had to wait for her again to fix the bill. So sad but we will not be coming...
