Very inpatient & impudent staff despite the restaurant being so empty. She kept speaking to us as though we don't understand English, but hers was more broken than ours. We enquired about the difference between the breakfast & lunch/dinner menus (no steak in the breakfast menu which defeats the purpose of coming here). Yes we did not make a reservation, but that does not warrant such poor attitude. We were merely asking because we wanted to see if we were able make a reservation for another day as they were full. Anyway we didn't want to patronise the restaurant in the end because of such third-rate experience. We were extremely disappointed because the restaurant was located in such a prime tourist spot yet their staff exhibited such a condescending & impudent demeanour. Their steaks may be delicious but I would expect more desirable service for the price they...

Such a mixed experience but I won’t be going back. On the plus side, the waiter we had was very helpful and friendly, and the steak tartare starter was exceptional.

From there it was disappointing. For our main course we had the bone in ribeye and the steak itself was good. However all of the sides were cold and had obviously been waiting for the steak to cook. After they were sent back and reheated they were pretty much inedible. When they did come back, the steak was then cold.

The hot desserts were also barely lukewarm - maybe their hot plate doesn’t work...

We communicated all of this to the staff and expected something by way of compensation, all we got was a shrug of their shoulders.

It is an ok restaurant and the dishes were tasty enough, but prices are too much for what you get in terms of taste and portions. Even though foods and drinks are overpriced, they still charge you for even smaller things like bread and butter which is not an extra in many high class restaurants. A simple water is nearly as expensive as a main dish, which is just ridiculous even for a high class restaurant. Also, they didnt even bother to change their old menu with lower prices which is standing outside, so it is deceptive. When we notified the waiter about this old menu, he just didnt even take us seriously. I am ok with high prices as long as it worths, but this place just meaninglessly overpeiced. Taste is good but not amazing to be honest, there are better alternatives out there for meat with better portions, prices...
