Read moreLady Maria is welcoming We visited a couple of times during our visit . But the new waiter Anastasia was a bit rude & confused while accommodating us .
The food portion is very less for the price you pay. The taste is good but still it's pricey we had the same food in another restaurant n found it a bit cheaper . Seems the waiter Anastasia has a misconception that if a guest dines in they'll be occupying the seats for 4-5 hours as she mentioned that we are fully booked . Usually when a guest arrives at restaurants the waiter asks them if it's occupied to wait for 10-15 mins . But to us she said sry we are booked. Which made us go out of the cafe. But then I really got pissed off & I decided I would eat here only.
Atmosphere is more focused rather than food hence people only come to enjoy the atmosphere n sits for 2-3 hours rather than enjoying food. Also the waiter thinks all the guests will accommodate for more than 3 hours . But this is incorrect, may be most of them but others specially tourists they come to eat not to sit for 3-4 hours
To the owner please keep staff who are welcoming & should at least be bilingual. Also please improve on the...
