Bar has good music, and good ambiance. The waitress however was subpar. There was a drink on the menu which consisted of a brandy base. I asked for the drink but would like to substitute the brandy for a whiskey. She said they cant do it. I than said well let me get a drink and names my ingredients which was the same as the drink except I used whiskey. The waitress said no we would charge you for the brandy drink and bring you a seprate bill for the whiskey and would not mix it In. This was pretty unusual to hear as this is on the main street in the absolute center of the city. There was no issue with language as I speak Russian fluently. 3 stars for the ambiance and music. Service from this particular waitress is terrible and I TRULY hope management understands...
