Our stay has been very satisfactory.||Before our arrival, they contacted us to confirm our arrival time.||Upon arrival, Alexei showed us the room and he gave us all the information.||The apartment was very nice, comfortable, modern and very new. ||Best of all is how nice and quiet it was. Despite the noise in the street, it is very well soundproofed.||During our stay, both receptionists, Alexei and Dayna cared for us and helped us manage some of our visits. ||Without a doubt, they have been two exceptional and very efficient receptionists.||The apartment is very well located, as it is in one of the liveliest streets in the city, full of trendy restaurants and a five-minute walk from the famous Nevsky Street.||The negative point had been the breakfast. It was arranged with the restaurant Hunt, wich was located just down the hotel.||To be a hotel breakfast starts very late at 9 am, which is when the restaurant opens and they still have nothing on.||The first day we waited 35 minutes to bring only coffee and 45 minutes to bring us the first course, so we spent 1 hour and 20 minutes having breakfast, something that annoyed us in the planning of our day.||We claimed this issue at the hotel and, they could not do anything with the start time, but in improving attention and speed, although our breakfasts did not last less than 45 minutes.||Although breakfast is good it is not practical, it becomes too long and boring.||||--||Nuestra estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. ||Antes de nuestra llegada, se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para confirmar nuestra hora de llegada. ||A nuestra llegada, Alexei nos enseñó la habitación y nos explicó los detalles. ||El apartamento era muy bonito, confortable, moderno y muy nuevo. Lo mejor de todo es lo agradable y tranquilo que es, a pesar del ruido que hay en la calle, está muy bien insonorizado.||Durante nuestra estancia, ambos recepcionistas, Alexei y Dayna se preocuparon por nosotros y nos ayudaron a gestionar algunas de nuestras visitas. Sin duda, han sido dos recepcionistas excepcionales y muy eficientes.||El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, ya que está en una de las calles más animadas de la ciudad, repleta de restaurantes de moda y a cinco minutos andando de la famosa calle Nevsky.||El único aspecto negativo fue la organización del desayuno. Este lo sirven en un restaurante que está debajo del hotel llamado “The hunt”. ||Para ser un desayuno de un hotel empieza muy tarde, a las 9 am, que es cuando abre el restaurante y todavía no tienen nada puesto.||El primer día esperamos 35 minutos para que nos trajeran solo el café y 45 minutos para que nos trajeran el primer plato, por lo que estuvimos 1 hora y 20 minutos desayunando, algo que nos perjudicó en la planificación de nuestro día.||Reclamamos este percance al hotel y, no pudieron hacer nada con la hora de comienzo, pero si en la mejora de la atención y a rapidez, aunque nuestros desayunos no duraban menos de 45 minutos.||Aunque el desayuno es bueno no es práctico, se hace demasiado...

What a hidden gem I discovered! Forget about 5-star hotels in the city centre, this hotel is million times better! I stayed at Kaleidoscope on Rubinshteina 13 with my mother in March, it was amazing! The rooms are so tastefully decorated, stylish, beautiful and warm (it was minus 20 outside and super cosy inside). The mezzanine bed is very comfortable- I would love to have the same mattress at home! The bathrooms are brand new, spotlessly cleaned and have all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, they allowed us to do a late check-out for which we were very grateful. I would definitely be back to this...

My favorite hotel in St.Petersburg for years, stayed here many times and always coming back, cosy,very welcoming crew,especially Inna-she is the star of this hotel and treats you like a family member,super clean,high quality of cosmetics at the bathroom Natura Siberica Wizdom(another love ,never heard of it before,but now want to buy all of this product line).Even situated on very busy street of night life and restaurants,it was very quiet in my room. You have kitchen,all appliances for cooking and eating,in front of hotel supermarket. Absolutely recommend to everyone! You feel like home here! 👏!!...
