Mama Roma — Restaurant in округ Смольнинское

This became our local with us being down the road from here, we was here for 5 nights. And we came every single night for wonderful tasty fresh food and drinks. The beer was very nice and full of flavour ,the Russian vodka was very smooth and perfect for a shot.

The pizza was full of flavour, very good price and enough for 2 to 4 people as just a snack to keep you going. We also had many different foods and all came in reasonable time and we couldn't complain all was piping hot and very tasty .

The waiters got to know you and always smiles and greeted you with hello and good evening that was a wonderful gesture each day. I would like to appreciate how wonderful and thoughtful they was half way through my holiday . I mistakenly left my blue scarf on the sofa and though our friends picked up and they never .

The next day my partner kept saying don't worry we will ask tonight when we are there. And to my amaze they had a lost and found area and it was there safe and waiting for me . I was ever so grateful for this moment.

The bathroom was beautiful and very clean everytime I went , the area was clean and the tables all tidy everytime you arrived.

They couldn't do enough for you always asked if you needed any more drinks. Never tried the cocktails but they looked delicious. Even tried the cakes and herbal tea on the tealight to keep them warm how genius this idea was never seen this before was fantastic.

Wonderful place if we return we will return to our local 5 star service thank...

Второе посещение данного заведения и полный провал, как в обслуживании, так и в шедеврах поваров. Первое- достаточно длительное ожидание официанта, которых на веранде было изначально несколько, долго несли меню, долго не принимали заказ. Но после терпеливого ожидания, свершилось, заказ принят. Второе- заказ из пары блюд. Рулетики из копчёного лосося с рикоттой/ выглядят не так презентабельно как в красочном меню, хотя размеры тарелки (именно самой посудины) очень впечатляющие, качество рыбы оставляет желать лучшего, из свежего на тарелке салатные листочки и пара томатов. Тальятелле с куриным филе, лесными грибами в сливочном соусе/ это полный провал, как можно было испортить это блюдо просто не понятно. Ждала его больше получаса и как итог принесли его ХОЛОДНЫМ, официант удивленно спросил- уже остыло??? сейчас попрошу переделать... Настроение уже подпорчено, есть по большому счету уже не особо хочется. Дубль два данного шедевра ТОЖЕ НЕ УДАЛСЯ- мало того что принесли еле тёплое блюдо, так ещё и подозрительно быстро/не удивлюсь если просто прогрели немного первую порцию/. Сливочным соусом там и не пахнет,максимум сметана 10%, а шампиньоны оказывается теперь считаются ЛЕСНЫМИ ГРИБАМИ. Блюдо пресное, макарошки абсолютно не Al dente. Были в данном заведении дважды, первый раз всё было более-менее приемлемо, второй полное фиаско. Вывод, абсолютно не рекомендую к посещению данное заведение. Владельцам необходимо перешерстить штат, с учётом ценовой категории заведения обслуживание и кухня оставляют...

Love mamma roma's kitchen. This time i made a mistake and had a business lunch. Most of it was ok, but at the end i tried their dessert. Nice glass jars filled with something looking like a yogurt regular, peach and strawberry colors. Tried it and it was mayo-ketchup mix. The staff i alerted about their "dessert" replied - damn, then they took the mayo mixes away. No appoplgies, no other dessert... kind a ruined it for me. So, wouldn't go for business lunch...
