Dear Management team,||I have booked 2 rooms at your hotel. I have been waiting for some days to get a confirmation of my booking from your reservation desk without success. The same as to receive the visa support forms to proceed with visa application. It takes more than 3 days to get those documents and I’m still waiting to receive them even after several reminders to your reservation desk.||||There is no secured on-line payment for Visa support documents. I was asked to send a copy of my credit card by e-mail. To my view this is not a secure way to make a payment. Fortunately I was told that I will receive a secure link to make the payment. I’m still waiting to receive such link.||||I am writing this comment only to inform the Management the issue I am having with the booking process at your hotel as I don’t get a response from your reservation desk. I was supposed to deliver my documents at the Russian Embassy for visa application yesterday and I had to postpone it because I’m still haven’t received the Visa support documents from your reservation desk. I’m sure it must be a good...

The staff of this hotel (primarily Viktoria, Olga and Michael, but also the others) is excellent. They made our group of 9 people feel safe, cared for professionally and welcome.

We had a very small issue with the card lock of the room's door (we had to pull it tightly to lock it). When we told the staff, they immediately arranged for a mechanic to fix the 'problem'. It was done when we came back from sightseeing that day.

The worst that can happen to a tourist happened to us. One of our bags ended up in the wrong city. The staff went out of their way to contact the airport and airline to translate for us and the next day, after we came back from sightseeing, it was waiting for us at the Nevsky Eclectic.

Needless to say that the stay there was wonderful. I recommend it to anyone.

p.s. The entrace is not well maintained. Once you get to the 5th floor (where the hotel is situated), it is clean, beautiful...

Don't let the entrance scare you off. The hall and corridor are not maintained well like in most of Russians buildings. Once you get to the 5th floor, everything changes. ||The rooms are nicely decorated with a good and comfortable bed. The bathroom is great with a nice shower. ||Location is very convenient if you want to be close to Moscow Railway station.||Only in St Petersburg the management makes the person at the reception ask you to pay RUB 200 for registration. Since it is not written on the website, I didn't agree with this. Also in all other hotels in other cities, nobody asks to pay for this. If management wants money for this, they must tell you this...
