We came to this restaurant thinking it was going to be a very pleasant and delicious experience, with my girlfriend we order different starters, two burgers each for 1250 rubles and after desserts and coffee. When we received the burgers the bread was ice cold, we asked if we could warm it up and they just warm up the top bread. We asked again if they could just warm it up the bottom bread, the manager came angry to us, telling us that’s how in Moscow they eat burgers and it’s their technology to cook them like that, called us we are liers and that was enough. I stand up got my jacket, and asked for the bill. The manager continue fighting and telling us we have to takeaway the burger and we have to pay it, and the most crazy thing, after, she changed her mind told us if we want her to cook a new burger for us but they will change bread, sides and so on but the burger meat will be the same, only reheated
