Kruzhka — Restaurant in Murmansk

The worst thing when people come to the restaurant with Korean guests, that everybody in the restaurant talk about them 'koreans'. Second thing that we have booked table for 8 pax, but nobody prepared any proper table to give comfortable seat. We were forced to squeeze near the table and 9th person that came later did not have where to join, he was forced to eat alone. In addition to all this 3 dishes were forgotten, and we had to wait for them for 2 hours, which was unacceptable. When one Korean girl also said that she still did not get her dish as well I went to waiter and he said that it is his fault and he also forgot it! Did not apologize! Manager said that these 4 dishes will be for free, but when the bill came all these dishes were still on the bill!!!! They wanted us to pay for it! Of course when I asked to call manager girl asked what is wrong and I said why these dishes are on the invoice and she said she was in hurry, so she forgot to minus it from the bill. In the end when waiter brought us the bill for second time he did not said sorry, he just gave the bill and walked away! When the meat came, it was not properly prepared, it was just fried on the pan, but shashlok should be made on the fire. All 3 guests did not finish their meals. In the end we were very disappointed by the waiters attitude towards clients from Korea. I was really ashamed that people who work in service industry do not care at all about...

Even though the place was almost empty, it took around 30 min to just bring the drinks. The drinks were really nice though coffee was a bit cold.

Once food got here, it was already cold. Pizza had ketchup instead of tomato paste and some weird herbs that ruined the taste. Disappointing.

Huge menu but very few...

Это третья кружка, в которой довелось побывать. В целом все похоже, и все-таки в этой понравилось меньше. В основном из-за обслуживания. И так.. Напитки принесли сразу, попросил оставить одно меню на столике, оно спокойно лежало минут 10,а затем другой официант подбежал сзади, схватил его молча и положил на соседний стол, куда садились люди. Кричать вслед и кидаться вилкой я не стал, но могли бы спросить нужно оно (меню) мне или нет. Ещё не понравилось, что заказ ждали вместо обещанных 15 минут - полчаса. У нас было 3 разных бургера, и официант перепутал где какой, и сами бургеры , а именно булка, были немного пересушены. Плюс я попросил повторить напиток (пиво) , но так и не дождался его в течении 20 минут, к счастью для всех, для всех них, в счёте его потом не оказалось. Ну и в целом официанты были не слишком внимательны ко всем посетителям,...
