I give it five stars on the CCCP scale. This is not a tourist restaurant. Its a casual local restaurant with a Soviet nostalgic vibe. Very cool.
Food was excellent! Staff was welcoming and spoke English well (I’m sorry my Russian is not bette). Dishes were delicious and prepared to order with care. Drink selection was large.
We had: Beef Stroganov over buckwheat, excellent. I beef and vegetable bowl thing, excellent. Ginger infused vodka, nice!

Read moreIt is a very lovely place with tasty snacks and nice russian beer. It seems very traditional in all its facets: decoration, food, beer, music, etc. And also the prices are very cheap.
Well... ok, the music I don't really know. But my russian girlfriend knew the songs from old sowjet movies. They also played a lot of Modern Talking, I don't know, if they played it, because I'm from Germany or it was just a funny coincidence.
