Worst experience

I booked a table for 10 for lunch in Pino restaurant and requested personally a table for 10.. I arrived and had the worst welcoming, I had 2 strollers and nobody opened the door or helped us to bring the strollers in, they told us to sit in 2 separate tables instead of 1 long table that they assumed it’s booked for a lady called Jessica.. few minutes later they separated the long table to small tables for other people..

They started bringing food, and as we were eating, one of the waiters came and pick 2 of our plates that were halfway filled with food and remove it immediately without permission, we asked them why did you take our food and they didn’t even apologize or bring us new plates and they also added the food that we didn’t even eat to the receipt???

The waiter try to rip us by taking 650 Ruble. The original check is 2350 ruble and the waiter told us that there is a 20% service charge. However he wrote in the bill with a pen, total of 3000 R. Which is not what he claimed 20% of 2350. Plus the claimed service charge is written by his hand writing as it’s shown in the picture. After we told him how on earth is 20% of 2350 will equal 3000 R?!(the math was wrong). He went back and to put on another amount 2820 R (2350 + the fake service charge). So he were insisting to rip us off. Probably the worst Resturant experience I had in moscow. We went in to order a vanilla soufflé. The manager was hesitant to give us a table in the beginning and told us the desert will take an hour to prepare , we told him its fine. After 40 mins waiting our soufflé went to another table whom just arrived and way after we sat. The waiters are not trained well nor know what order goes where. We asked the manager that these people came in after us and got their order, he checked and said yes sorry that was a mistake. Avoid this resturant at all cost. Poor service and poor management .
