Staff are lovely as are the surroundings Rooms have been done up well we got a free complimentary room which we are very gratefiul Biggest downfall is the food Gone are the amazing breakfasts the reason I booked to stay here. The “chef” has managed to overcook the bacon the sausages the spring rolls and the chicken strips EVERY morning since we got here So disappointed such a let down when planned to start the day with a beautiful breakfast to keep us going Even the Sheraton burger snd Caesar salad we ordered for dinner our first night were disgusting and the salad bowl was a joke One morning we got up early to start our day went to restaurant at 630 and the “Chef” was late coming to work so was no food 😡 Every morning the hot food is cold The restaurant Manager Kirk has been amazing even gave us a beautiful complimentary dinner of taro and palusami and can’t apologise more. Came here for an early dinner on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the options available - food from all over the world available - local food, burgers, pizzas, Asian food, fresh fish, all sorts!
