I'm from the UK and been having German Doner Kebab for years so I've been eagerly waiting for this shop to open for a while.
I travelled there today for almost an hour due to Riyadh traffic to finally get there.
I placed my order at around 10:30pm and didn't receive it until 11:20pm.
Service is an absolute joke here.
I understand that it is a new business but this is unacceptable.
The que wasn't so long so there's no reason for it to take this long.
I had to enquire about my order multiple times.
The manager had a preference on who he wanted to serve.
I'm British Asian so they assumed I'm from the Indian subcontinent so they didn't want to make eye contact, all while they were kissing the @ss of Arab / white skinned people.
This is specifically targeted at the skinny Indian looking supervisor wearing glasses.
I had to literally tap him in order for him to pay attention to me. He took one look at my receipt and said he will make my order now but after 20 min still nothing and yet again no eye contact with me while happily serving others.
In my opinion he shouldn't be working here due to his discrimination.
The only person who I would recommend is this nice Filipino lady called Joyce.
When I enquired to her, she looked into it properly for me and then finally served me.
This is only getting a 3 star instead of 1 since the Egyptian manager took my feedback and compensated me.
I'm disappointed for now but I will come back again and see if they fixed those issues and then will continue advocating Saudis to try this instead of the bland shawarma...

They offer both the classic Döner and the Durum/Yufka (wrap) versions, with a choice of chicken, beef, or a mix of both. We tried the traditional Döner as well as the wrap, and both were impressively close to the original. Each was generously filled with fresh vegetables, crisp salad, and plenty of thinly shaved, juciy flavorful meat. The first bite instantly brought back memories of the authentic taste we’d been missing.
I’d say this place serves one of the closest renditions of the German-Turkish kebabs you’d find across Germany. My only wish is for a bit more garlic sauce (Knoblauchsoße) to complete the experience. With a few small tweaks, they could come even closer to perfection. To top that up, the place was well squeaky clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
It’s safe to say this won’t be our last visit. If you’re craving German-Turkish style Döner, this is definitely the...
