The employee called eshteya inside is very rude. I ordered affogate and they put 2 shots coffee in the bottom and two scoops vanilla on the top. I ate the ice cream then the coffee remains and it was so bitter. I asked eshteya to add a half scoop or a full scoop am I will pay for it, he said we can’t so I told him to throw the drink. 0 customer service. Not gonna repeat it in this branch.

1/2 Million Coffee is 🏆👏🫶🏻; not even hyping it but the coffee I got made me happy the whole day. 🫶🏻✨😍 The taste was in my entire taste buds the whole day! Started my day with great coffee and everything followed. But I was a bit sad i wasn't able to get the pink cup. ☹️ I wanted it so bad but it was out of stock! I hope you guys open a branch in UAE. 😉

One of the best coffee chains in KSA, on top of the drinks/food quality, the prices are incomparable and unbeatable, you always get more than what you pay for, a major example is when you buy a mug there for 24 SAR, you can choose any drink to fill the mug for free. By the way their karkadai (hibiscus) is excellent.

Great spot but weirdly inconsistent. I've gone there 3 times got charged different prices for the same drink every time. I got the Signature drink, and was charged 18, 30, 16 the 3 times that I visited them. I'm not sure how the cashier could be so careless.

I rarely review places here. But I had a very bad experience in this branch. I dropped my drink inside the shop, and no one from the staff offered to help. I even had to buy another drink and the cashier (a Saudi guy) didn’t even bother himself to offer help, free drink or whatsoever. Keeping in mind that their drink (mojito) tases really bad.
